By creating an account or using the Mynstrel platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you are using Mynstrel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Mynstrel is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and drug development companies. The platform monitors clinical trials, industry news, press releases, patents, SEC filings, and key people to provide real-time competitive intelligence and analysis. The platform uses artificial intelligence to aggregate, analyze, and surface information. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Features and available data sources may change as we continue to develop the platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@mynstrel.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform beyond its intended use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Mynstrel platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. You may not use the platform in any way that disrupts or interferes with its operation or the experience of other users.
5. Intellectual Property
The Mynstrel platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mynstrel. You retain all rights to your own data, including your monitoring configurations, saved searches, and any content you upload. You grant Mynstrel a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described herein.
6. Disclaimers
The Mynstrel platform and all content, data, analysis, and alerts provided through it are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Mynstrel uses artificial intelligence to process and analyze data from third-party sources. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before making business, investment, regulatory, or clinical decisions. Mynstrel expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the platform is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynstrel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from decisions made based on data, analysis, or alerts provided by the platform, reliance on AI-generated content, inaccuracies or errors in third-party data sources, or service interruptions or data loss. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us at hello@mynstrel.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to retrieve it. After that period, your data may be deleted. We will retain any data required by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Mynstrel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
